This page explains the preferred payment approach for gemstone purchases. Final terms must be written into the invoice, proforma invoice, contract or escrow instruction.
Bank wire is preferred. Escrow may be used when agreed. LC/SBLC or institutional payment structures may be considered for approved buyers and large transactions.
Stones are not shipped, released or hand-carried until funds are cleared, escrow is confirmed, or institutional payment terms are formally approved.
High-value buyers must provide buyer identification, company details where applicable, source of funds confirmation and proof of funds before private vault access.
Inspection, lab report review, Gemology Certificate for each stones, video viewing, third-party appraisal or private viewing must be agreed before payment. No Return on sold items.
Shipping, insurance, customs, duties and hand-carry logistics are buyer responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
USD 10 million+ opportunities require NDA, KYC, proof of funds, secure appointment and customized transaction structure. Can be shipped to the Security house in their respective countries. 4% downpayment required for in person inspection
Photos and videos are for buyer review only. Gemstone identity, origin, treatment, weight, valuation and ownership must be confirmed through documentation before any sale.
